Received a DM from Shivani Mathur, the co-owner of Queens Kitchen along with Akshata Agarwal.

Queen’s Kitchen sent some tasting portions of their signature dishes.

Chicken Chettinad had juicy and tender chicken pieces cooked in a gravy prepared with desiccated coconut and spices. A very popular South Indian dish having its origin in Tamil Nadu. As soon as I opened the container, the wonderful aroma was enough to let me know that I was in for a lip-smacking experience.
QK’s Mutton Bhuna – The mutton was perfectly cooked. Just fell off the bone effortlessly. I have tasted non spicy to spicy variations of this dish through the years, this one was non spicy and absolutely suited my palate.
Gatte Ki Sabzi – A dish that i’ve not had too many times, except in my childhood when my grandmother made it at home or a few years ago at a Rajasthani Food Festival. I enjoyed this dish to the hilt so much that I ate half of it with a spoon. Nothing, absolutely nothing went wrong with this dish, it was cooked with precision.
Bhutte ki Sabzi , corn cob cooked in a delicious gravy which was my most favorite out of all the dishes. This was the first time I was having this dish so I did have a few apprehensions which went away very quickly as soon as I tasted the gravy. I ended up craving for more.
Breads included Laccha Parathas and Chapatis. Laccha paratha was too small and lacked the layers that typically a laccha paratha should have. Feedback has been given to the Chefs, they will look into it.
Red Velvet Cream Cheese Cake Jar was nice and well balanced on sweetness. Finished it at one.
Pineapple Tres Leches Cake Tub was pretty good, tidbits of pineapple and a dense cake, perfectly balanced on sweetness.

Both desserts were a fitting end to the sumptuous food.
