I’m don’t know French but a quick google search let me know that the meaning of Plaisir is Pleasure.
I’ve not been a great fan of pasta’s and lasagna, not because I don’t like them but because my blue whale appetite never gets satiated by it. But this place changed it all.
Here’s what we ordered:
Sandwiches:
– Fresh Buffalo Mozarella + Smoked Cheddar Pesto & Roasted Tomato
– Meat Loader – Ham + Chicken Mayo + Spring Onion
– Garlic Bread w/ Cheese – The best I have had in Pune till date.
Pasta:
– Three Cheese – Parmesan, Gorgonzola + Smoked Cheddar
Salad:
Roast Chicken & Iceberg Salads w/ Parmesan + Celery w/ Kaffir Lime Dressing
Beverages:
– Frappe (Cold Coffee)
– Cinnamon Dark Chocolate.
– Lemonade
We also ordered assorted Desserts – Mousse, Cheesecakes, Panacotta and Macaroons.
VERDICT
In all I’ll let the pictures tell the story as for me the only way to describe my experience at Le Plaisir was again a google search that got me this word that can describe it best – Bienheureux adj: happy, joyful, delighted, blissful 🙂
It was really a sheer pleasure to have visited this place for the first time and it just went on top of my list to visit it again. One of the best food outlets I have ever visited in Pune. Kudos to the Le Plaisir Team.
